pms relief – less severe symptoms

I am in my early 50's and not yet menopausal but have been plagued by 'spotting' and very heavy periods for the last few years. After using PMS cream for several months, the 'spotting' stopped completely and my periods were very regular and much less severe.

pms relief – pmt symptons

I did not really think that I suffered from any symptoms of PMT until I started using the BioGest PMS Relief cream. It was my husband who initially talked me into trying it as he said I suffered from bad mood swings.

After using the cream for a couple of months I soon realised that I used to suffer quite a lot. I noticed that I didn't get any cramps or headaches leading up to my period. I didn't have the cravings for chocolate and I didn't feel as tired as I usually did at this time of month.

In fact whereas before I was taking the cream I could tell when my period was coming from all the symptoms I suffered, after taking the cream I had no symptoms at all.

I obviously also had mood swings before as my husband also knew when it was that time of the month whereas after taking the cream he did not know either.

I now make sure I always have a supply of cream on hand as I don't want to run out and start suffering again.

bladder control cream – more control

I am writing as I want to express in writing how pleased I am with the improvement in my bladder control after being in your clinical trial using your bladder control cream.

Prior to using your cream I felt like my bladder problem was part of my lot in life and something that I just had to learn to live with. I wasn't happy about it but didn't know of anything that could really help.

Now after three months of using the cream each night and morning I definitely have more control over my bladder.

This is a personal thing that I normally don't discuss, not even with my best friends, but I certainly would recommend that other people with this problem try the cream. I am definitely in favour of it.

legsense – sleeping better

Since commencing this trial I have had amazing results I have experienced a significant improvement in my legs. I am also sleeping better, my moods have improved and I feel better overall and an added bonus to all of this is that I have stopped snoring!!! Not having my legs kicking every night has been wonderful. I would recommend to anyone who suffers from restless legs to try this product, why? Because it really does work!! BIOSHAPE – APPETITE SUPPRESSED

I took 2 BioShape tablets approximately 1 hour before breakfast, lunch and dinner. I felt that the pills suppressed my appetite. I did not feel as hungry within 20 to 30 minutes of taking them. I believe this resulted in me eating less at the main meals.

I believe that BioShape is effective in weight loss particularly if the person follows a diet and exercise program. I recommend BioShape to anyone on a weight loss program.
